Moody Family Papers and Business Records

The Moody Family Papers and Business Records is an extremely large collection of materials that illustrate the Moody family’s personal, social, business, political, legal, and financial activities over nearly 200 years. These materials were collected primarily by Mary Moody Northen, matriarch of the Moody family enterprise during the latter half of the 20th century. The collection includes significant amounts of personal and business correspondence, as well as financial documents, legal documents, photographs, and ephemeral materials created, received, or collected by four generations of Moody family members.
