On the map the Leon & H. Blum Land Co. and the Turnley Real Estate Co are listed as the owners and general agents, respectively, of the Algoa land. One of these firms probably commissioned Willcoxon to draw this map.

The main map shows the town of Algoa and thirty-eight surrounding outblocks. The large titled inset shows only Algoa, bisected diagonally by the railroad tracks.
